i read a wedsite that julius teatro is one of scammer of gingoog city.and i see in my eyes that he widraw cash from xoom at cebuana gingoog city then i noticed that he widraw xoom 2 times in oneday then i saw that the i.d picture is not him so i think she used other name to collect money from xoom so why should staff allowed it?
